My name is Damien Maass

Hi there! My name is Damien Maass and I am the lead videographer for The Coley Group. This is a position that I absolutely love. A little about me; I grew up in Southern California before moving to New York just outside of NYC in Westchester County where I graduated high school. From there I went to broadcast school and into the wonderful world of work. Work took me to various locations, and I have called the Triangle home since 2007.

My professional career started in the broadcast world hosting a fun and upbeat radio morning show on both coasts for 15 years, and I have voiced or appeared in too many commercials to remember. Some I’d like to forget! In 2010 I moved into the video world behind the camera shooting and producing using a cinematic style and I have never looked back. I am also a commercially licensed FAA Certified Remote Pilot which means I fly drones professionally. I am very passionate about what I do and work hard to bring my best every single day.

Outside of work I am a husband, father, son and friend to some of the best people on the planet. I like loud music, baseball, football, basketball, golf and soccer. Sunny days are the best and I think everything my daughter does is great (almost)! She also lets me know when I am NOT funny. My wife keeps me centered and also lets me know when I am not funny. Hmmm maybe I am not funny? Anyway…

The decision to join The Coley Group was easy after meeting the team and seeing their desire to succeed with integrity, honesty and dedication to their clients. They are definitely not afraid to grind it out for their customers and they will do the same for you. For me, I bring hard work, dedication to detail, passion and the willingness to learn to this AWESOME team at The Coley Group. This is an A-List group of professionals here at The Coley Group and so far, I am fooling them to think I belong!
