My name is Genevieve McGroarty
As a Real Estate Advisor, I help Raleigh buyers and sellers accomplish their goals.
Genevieve began investing in real estate in 2019 and decided she wanted to pursue a career that could help others achieve their real estate investing dreams — whether for their personal home or a portfolio property. She comes from a family of entrepreneurs and real estate investors and brings enthusiasm and creativity to all endeavors for her clients.
A Raleigh native, Genevieve has lived in six different cities throughout her life and knows how overwhelming moving can be. She seeks to make that process seamless for her clients, whether they are moving from across the street or across the country.
Genevieve learned to thrive in a fast-paced environment in her previous career on Capitol Hill in Congress. She is responsive and thorough with all of her clients, and is not afraid to negotiate to help her buyers and sellers get the best deal possible.
She has recently focused on helping clients with buy and hold rental properties and identifying renovation or development opportunities, as well as developing vacant lots herself. Genevieve is a licensed Realtor in Virginia and North Carolina.
As an Adidas High School All American at Broughton High School and a former Division One soccer player at Furman University, Genevieve brings focus and dedication to all she pursues.
When she’s not working on behalf of her clients or spending time with her two daughters and husband, Genevieve enjoys learning new things and fitness. Most recently that includes reintroducing herself to tennis and trying to become a born-again athlete on her Peloton.
Genevieve and her husband Ward love exploring all Raleigh has to offer with their two daughters and their Bernese Mountain Dog, Mac.
