In December of 2021, Scott joined The Coley Group as the Director of Land Acquisition and Entitlements. He has over 20 years of land development experience in the public and private sectors including 5 years as a Senior Planner with the Town of Huntersville, NC and 15 years as a Project Manager for Bryan Properties in Chapel Hill, NC.
Scott is originally from Virginia and a graduate from East Carolina University with a degree in Urban and Regional Planning. In his time away from the office, he and his wife Jennifer, love serving at their local church, being avid saltwater fishermen, fervent ECU fans, and they relish every moment with friends and family!
