My name is Shawn Wiseman

Shawn is a Raleigh native growing up in North Raleigh attending West Millbrook and Millbrook High School, so he has the first-hand experience in how The Triangle has changed since the late 80's and 90's. Cutting his teeth early in his career working at The Homestead Resort in Hot Springs Va, customer relations, comfort, and high-end guest service has always his specialty. He also spent 5 years working at The Mills House, another very historic and high-end hotel in downtown Charleston, SC. 

Starting his real estate career in 2003 with Beazer Homes, new construction has always been a love and specialty of his. His career took him from there to be recruited by DR Horton as an Area Sales Manager managing a staff of 32 onsite agents from Raleigh down through Greensboro and Winston Salem during the real estate boom from 2005 - 2007, closing almost 800 homes in his best year. He also has a few years of experience in commercial real estate in the restaurant and retail arena. 

His most recent 3 years with Drees Homes gave him excellent experience in the custom home builder area which is extremely valuable to anyone looking for a new construction home. 

Shawn always has a smile on his face and loves to help people achieve their dream of new homeownership, what an exciting time for people! Whether it be the first time or the tenth time, it's always exciting. He sees himself as more of a problem solver and educator than a salesperson. So if you need to know anything about new construction, he is definitely an excellent asset.
