The Coley Group (TCG) is searching for a determined and hard-working individual with a passion for Real Estate to join our team! This role is a full time position and will be directly assisting one of our Lead Agents with their prospecting, transactions, and day-to-day duties. This role will report to the Operations Manager.

Job Duties (but not limited to):

• Prospecting for new business
• Researching properties, tax records and off market opportunities for clients
• Scheduling and conducting showings, inspections, appraisals and other appointments as needed
• Managing client and transaction information in Chime (TCG’s CRM Database)
• Host Open Houses, with or without Lead Agent
• Participate in all team meetings and client related events
• Other duties as described by Operations or Lead Agent

Requirements:

• MUST have a NC Real Estate License
• An interest in Real Estate
• Attention to Detail
• Time Management
• Ability to take direction
• Excellent multitasking skills

Salary:

• Base salary PLUS commission and benefits

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
