Linda and Harry, 1104 Bentham Drive, Located in Sheffield Manor, were referred to us by their neighbors, The Bertons - we helped The Bertons sell in January, due to innovative marketing and lifestyle video we helped the Berton's sell their home sight unseen in less than 5 hours!
After meeting Linda and Harry and seeing their beautiful home for the first time, our eyes lit up with all the wonderful possibilities their home had to offer. They had discovered mold and were in the process of handling the repairs.
When we first came into the home, the laundry room had been gutted down to the studs. The kitchen island was being removed and the subfloor beneath replaced, and all the hardwood floors were in the process of being refinished on the entire first floor.
Underneath the projects, disrepair, sanded floors, peeling wallpaper, and plastic we saw MAGIC. It could be hard for some to see past the state the home was in, for us, it got our creative juices flowing!
They had recently repainted and had stunning drapery installed in the formal dining and formal living, however, the remainder of the home had not been updated in 30+ years.
After knowing we were the perfect match for the sellers, we got to work!

We immediately brought in our stager/designer, Alisa with Linden Creek, to help with paint colors, carpet, cabinet colors, and hardware. In addition, we brought in vendors to provide estimates for paint, carpet, and a handyman to look at miscellaneous items throughout the home. We also arranged our trusted landscaper, Easley Does it, to freshen up the yard and cut back the bushes to show the stunning curb appeal this all brick estate had to offer.
This home was the perfect marriage of new meets old. Charm that is no longer offered.
Dentil Molding throughout, rooms that open to another, mosaic tile, and endless built-ins. We needed to highlight all the lovely things about this home, but yet, put a modern twist on it. We went through many ideas and Linden Creek Staging NAILED IT! We staged the entire first floor and master bedroom and vignetted the rest.
