Justin and I started looking for homes months before meeting Amanda. We had absolutely no luck and an agent that really did not support us nor provide us positive feedback. We did a ton of due diligence, interviewing 6 different realtors prior to selecting Devin Curlings with The Grecthen Coley Group to sell our home. Devin is assertive and knows the market. Our home was on the outskirts of Raleigh and we were concerned if we would truly get the value we thought we should upon selling. Devin is well in touch with not only the Raleigh market but also the suburban markets that are well outside of a 25 mile radius of Raleigh. This in turn makes her the most competent realtor in this abnormal market that we met with. She was very honest and upfront letting us know what we needed to do in order to get max value for our home. When dealing with Devin, you are not just getting her on your team, but a complete team of individuals that are the top shelf of their particular interests. In the end, Devin was able to negotiate a contract for our home at $90K over asking and our asking price was well over the selling price per square foot in our neighborhood. If we ever are in the market to sell another home, Devin has earned our confidence to represent us in that venture.
Gretchen helped us locate the perfect neighborhood and builder for our new home. She and her team were patient, answered all of our questions, and were incredibly helpful during the entire process. We were out of state and she kept us up to date when we couldn't be on site. Because of her expertise and knowledge of the area, we were confident that Gretchen had our best interest in mind.
THE BEST. We haven't always had great experiences with realtors throughout the years - we thought that was just the norm.
